Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Renovation Sales Specialist for the New York Territory. This remote role requires living in or near New York and involves day travel, periodic overnight trips, and frequent face-to-face customer meetings to drive project execution and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate renovation operations, support local teams, and grow target accounts across Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living and Student Housing segments, collaborating with project managers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in renovation, construction, or project‑driven sales environments.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within a defined territory.
• Strong execution focus, with ability to manage accounts, projects, and customer relationships.
• Effective collaboration with project managers, operations, and sales partners.
• Solid business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
• Strong time management and discipline around activity expectations and reporting.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned market.

Responsabilités

• Execute renovation strategy focused on Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living and Student Housing.
• Manage and grow target accounts within territory.
• Align and collaborate with other Renovation Sales Specialists, Senior Sales Managers, Territory Managers and National Accounts to qualify and execute on renovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Manager team to ensure successful project execution.
• Time management: up to date Calendar, responsible T&E use, pricing review, report submission, bid follow up.
• New customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Overnight travel may be needed and will vary by market.
