Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group on renewable energy real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents related to development and financing of wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
• Provide strategic legal advice to support project development and financing initiatives.
