Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in real estate transactions for renewable energy projects.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Experience with wind, solar, or battery storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in wind/solar/battery storage real estate deals and negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents related to acquisitions, financings, and development.
• Collaborate with the Energy & Natural Resources team to structure and close complex real estate matters.
