The role involves wind, solar, and battery storage real estate work, including development and financing, primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.

The ideal candidate has strong academics, client service, and the ability to handle multiple complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, including development and financing.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain.
• Excellent academic credentials and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewable energy real estate transactions including development and financing.
• Advise clients, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources unit.
• Work across offices and the virtual platform to support nationwide matters.
