University of British Columbia is seeking an Associate REMS Compliance Auditor for a remote, home-based role across the USA. The role focuses on REMS-related audits, stakeholder communication, and documentation review to ensure program compliance.

You will review audit plans, questionnaires, and supporting documentation, while coordinating with REMS Auditors to meet timelines and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of REMS guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices, including REMS guidelines and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistent communication to REMS stakeholders as first line contact.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contacts.
• Review project documentation and audit plans.
• Complete audit questionnaires within audit plan timelines.
• Review submitted documentation for REMS program compliance.
• Follow up on stakeholder deficiencies per client timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders via phone or email.
• Identify, evaluate, and address audit findings.
• Explain audit results to stakeholders.
• Complete audit review forms to ensure required documentation is provided.
• Assist in development of continuous quality improvement with REMS Senior Auditors.
• Ensure audit results are recorded and corrective actions documented.
• Collaborate with REMS team to share best practices.
• Complete SOP reviews and client-specific training within timelines.
