Job summary

Armstrong DLW GmbH seeks a Manager, Reliability & Maintenance for Architectural Specialties to lead maintenance and reliability programs across manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate with plant leadership to improve equipment reliability and asset performance through preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance.

The role requires 7–10 years of related experience, multi-site leadership, and expertise in TPM, CMMS, and Lean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance management, operations management, or a related technical discipline.
• 7-10 years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, or manufacturing experience, including responsibility for maintenance improvement initiatives.
• Proven success improving equipment reliability, operational performance, productivity, and cost through maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Precision Maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, lubrication, vibration analysis, thermography, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AS reliability strategies, improvement plans, and standards to enhance asset condition and performance.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance and reliability improvement and propose solutions.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including lubrication, vibration analysis, thermography, and TBM.
• Develop dashboards and reporting of maintenance and reliability performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance personnel to strengthen effectiveness.
