Qualifications

5+ years in Configuration Management and Build/Release Management.
Experience with MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, OneNote, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage deployments and release schedules.
Environment integration or database conversion release experience.

Responsibilities

As Release Manager, assemble configuration items to build applications and release to environments.
Maintain release schedule and coordinate environment flows.
Ensure releases deployed on time and meet client expectations.
Act as liaison between applications and operations teams.
Lead change management and CM standards compliance.
Log, assign, and verify issues; support PM/planning.
