Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the Reimbursement Claims Processing Team responsible for managing claims across FSA, HRA, HSA, Transit and Parking, Student Loan, Tuition Reimbursement, and Wellness Benefits.

You will guide daily operations, supervise staff, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance (IRC sections), and partner with management to address backlogs while maintaining member privacy.

Formación

• 5+ years in related work, 3+ in healthcare/reimbursement claims.
• Experience supervising teams or projects.
• Knowledge of IRC sections (105, 125, 129) regulations.
• Ability to make prudent, well-researched decisions.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; proficiency with Outlook/Word.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of the claims processing team.
• Plan, prioritize, monitor, and report on team activities.
• Develop and monitor workflows, metrics, and compliance.
• Address backlogs and implement process improvements.
• Lead system enhancements and testing for releases.
• Provide client/broker/member support as needed.
• Ensure policies comply with laws and corporate policies.
• Maintain high privacy standards and ethical conduct.
• Conduct staff meetings and share Compliance information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
