Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Case Manager to act as a liaison between patients, providers, distributors, and insurance carriers to ensure reimbursement and cost-effective services. The role provides reimbursement support to patients, pharmacists, physicians, and the internal sales force, and helps navigate reimbursement and appeal processes.

The position is a remote contract role (6 months, with possible extension) requiring an approved U.S.-based work location; initial training may require up to a week

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of reimbursement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care including government payers.
• Proficiency in reimbursement, benefit investigations, and policies.
• Salary range stated: $27–$33 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between patients, providers, distributors, and insurance carriers.
• Provide reimbursement support to patients, pharmacists, physicians, and internal sales.
• Educate patients/providers to navigate reimbursement and appeal processes.
• Identify barriers to reimbursement and facilitate referrals to coverage options and financial assistance.
• Role is individual contributor and reports to a supervisor.
