Job summary

ZP Group is seeking an Engagement Manager / Program Manager to lead a regulatory operations transformation leveraging Veeva Vault RIM. This remote/hybrid role with occasional travel requires coordinating across client, technology, and business teams to deliver an integrated implementation.

This contract position focuses on process design, data remediation, and change management, with start date October 1, 2026 and an engagement window of 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting Veeva Vault RIM programs.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory operations and technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program and engagement management for a regulatory operations transformation.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan covering tech, process, data, and change workstreams.
• Coordinate across client, technology, consulting, and business teams to stay on track.
• Support regulatory process design, optimization, and gap analysis.
• Translate process gaps into requirements, implementation activities, and change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide clear status reporting and communications.
