Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Reporting to join our Compliance team. You will lead the regulatory reporting program across HIPAA, ACA, Medicare and Medicaid, guiding a team to ensure accurate, timely submissions.

You will oversee development and implementation of compliance programs, collaborate with business leaders, and communicate with executive management and the Board. This is a remote role open to Texas residents, with potential future hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years payer experience.
• 3+ years leading direct reports and teams.
• 3+ years in health care or related field with Policies & Procedures.
• 3+ years driving compliance with regulatory and accreditation audit/policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Lead the regulatory reporting team and mentor staff for timely submissions.
• Coordinate and respond to data submission requests for audits.
• Develop dashboards and inventory processing to ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting inventory.
• Collaborate with business leaders to improve end-to-end reporting processes.
• Direct teams to meet submission timelines.
• Review technical documents for accuracy and quality.
• Provide updates to executive management and the Board.
