Job summary

New Charter Company seeks a Systems Engineer, Regulated Industries to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot secure infrastructure for regulated client environments. This is primarily a remote role with occasional travel (less than 10%).

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, on‑prem servers and networks, backup/replication, and CMMC‑regulated environments, ensuring compliance and security across projects while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in related field.
• At least one industry certification.
• Experience with network design, installation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises and cloud environments, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Complete project work, service tickets, routine maintenance, and escalated technical support remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with design and security teams to deliver client scopes of work and quotes.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, network OS, servers, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Document implementations and changes to client infrastructure and follow security policies.
