Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assess the health status of assigned patients as outlined in Nursing Standards.
• Conduct virtual admission/discharge assessments within established timeframes.
• Reconcile admission information and collaborate with bedside staff to validate findings and address safety concerns.
• Evaluate discharge readiness, review medications and plans, and confirm follow-up appointments.
• Provide clinical support to inpatient units via remote technology and escalate issues when needed.
