Job summary

Nurse Next Door is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for New Mexico. You will deliver in-home nursing care, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with a Care Designer to ensure a premium client experience while supporting families.

This remote role requires traveling to client visits within New Mexico and documenting care plans and outcomes to meet client goals and company standards.

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with New Mexico license.
• Ability to travel independently to client visits.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings.
• Delivers comprehensive nursing care and assessments to clients according to your scope of practice.
• Engages with the Care Designer to ensure a premium client experience and care goals.
• Communicates openly with the Care Services Center to coordinate scheduling and updates.
• Maintains accurate documentation of client care, plans, and records.
