DayToDay Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for elderly and chronically ill clients in New Mexico. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and teams.

Educating patients and families, maintaining documentation, and supporting caregivers are also key responsibilities in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the applicable state.

Responsabilités
