Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services in New Mexico. You choose your shifts—days, nights, weekends—in full-time or part-time openings, delivering 1:1 patient care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, CPR, and TB testing; newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply with mentorship included. Competitive benefit packages accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Newly licensed nurses encouraged to apply (paid mentorship included).
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Build and maintain 1:1 patient relationships in the home setting.
• Coordinate care with patients and families to enhance health outcomes.
