• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate care.
• Walk new Registered Nurse hires through Property Excellence Group's Geriatric Care workflow during their first 7 weeks.
• Build rapport with anxious patients before HIPAA Compliance procedures, lowering both pulse and fear.
