Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Tyler, TX seeks a compassionate clinician to deliver intermittent skilled care in patients’ homes, while teaching families and coordinating with physicians to support optimal outcomes.

You will follow the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, ensuring safety, quality, and patient comfort with every visit, and you’ll have opportunities for ongoing professional growth within a national network.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
