Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in U.S. healthcare or virtual clinical support.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar); HIPAA compliant.

What You’ll Do

As a Remote USRN, you’ll work as an extension of our clients’ clinical teams by providing virtual nursing support, patient coordination, and clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience in U.S. healthcare or virtual clinical support
• Strong knowledge of patient assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
• Comfortable working remotely during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours

Nice to Have

• Virtual Nursing or Remote USRN experience
• BPO/CPO healthcare experience
• Prior Authorization or Managed Care experience
