Job summary

Cecelia Health is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for a remote, part-time contractor role. You will provide clinical oversight, monitor biometric data, and support members through chat and in-app messaging.

Collaborate with care teams including dietitians, nurses, physicians, and other professionals. Maintain documentation, respond to alerts within 24 hours, and ensure secure, private telehealth workflows from a home office in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license; compact license preferred.
• Availability at least 20 hours per week.
• Availability Monday–Friday 8 AM–8 PM; Saturdays optional (9 AM–4 PM).
• Strong technology experience using EHR and in-app communications.
• Ability to recognize members' needs and adapt communication.
• Must have a home office with private space and high-speed internet.
• Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital clinical oversight, biometric monitoring, and support via chat and in-app messaging.
• Triaging, handling, and escalating member digital communications and program alerts within 24 business hours.
• Conduct proactive and reactive chat engagement.
• Collaborate with care teams including dietitians, nurses, physicians, and support staff.
• Report adverse events and document medical records as warranted.
• Provide remote patient monitoring for devices with escalation to clinicians per protocols.
