Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• State licensure as needed to support member coverage.
• HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet for secure patient conversations.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and digital tools.
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email.
• Provide medication management and support for obesity comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Engage in remote patient monitoring for devices (scale, BG meter, BP monitor, ketone meter).
• Assist with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians and external providers for comprehensive care.
• Establish rapport with diverse patient populations and motivate behavior change.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
