Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to train and evaluate AI models as part of our Domain Expert program. You will review AI-generated clinical responses, rate accuracy and safety, and write improved exemplars and rationales to guide model learning.

Successful candidates will join Prolific’s expert network, with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Earnings are paid per task, with rates that can reach up to $65 per hour depending on assignment and region.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent where applicable.
• Recent clinical experience and comfort in evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed).
• A PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response.
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
