Role Overview

• In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using your clinical expertise and healthcare knowledge.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving clinical reasoning, decision support, and patient communication.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

• Design and solve real-world nursing and patient-care scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured explanations covering patient triage, treatment planning, care coordination, and nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to help models better understand medical terminology, documentation standards, and clinical judgment.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clinical soundness, and adherence to evidence-based care models.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
• 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital environment.
• Active RN license in the U.S. (or equivalent jurisdictional certification).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to explain clinical reasoning clearly and accurately.
