Job summary

Turing is seeking freelancers to design and test AI applications within property management and community settings. You will craft real-world scenarios, assess AI professionalism and reasoning, and document structured solutions covering tenant relations, leases, budgeting, and maintenance coordination.

No prior AI experience is required; US real estate experience is preferred. Projects run remotely for about one month, with potential for extension.
