Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth nutrition therapy consultations.
• Administer evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize outcomes.
• Document clinical information in EMR and maintain accuracy.
