Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD/RDN).
- Current state licensure/certification where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients at nutritional risk, including those with substance use disorders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans for clients in various stages of recovery.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to clients and families for healthy eating, cravings management, and recovery support.
