Vantage Health Partners is seeking a Regional Director of Wound Care to lead wound care programs across Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kansas. Based in Lexington with remote leadership, this full-time role combines strategic oversight with operational execution across multiple facilities.

You will drive evidence‑based standards, improve quality metrics, mentor regional teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling regularly to sites throughout the four‑state region.

Qualifications

• Proven regional or multi-site wound care leadership experience.
• Active clinical license in KY/WV/OH/KS or multi-state compact.
• Director or VP level experience in hospital or health care operations.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based wound care practices and standards of care.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the four-state region.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for wound care programs across Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kansas.
• Develop and implement regional wound care policies, protocols, and clinical pathways.
• Oversee multi-site operations, staffing, and resource allocation for wound care services.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor wound care clinicians, coordinators, and site leaders.
• Partner with executive leadership to define program goals, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and referral partners.
• Analyze outcomes data and reporting to inform decision‑making and program performance.
• Travel regularly to sites to support implementation, training, and operational reviews.
