Job summary

Vantage Health Partners seeks a Regional Director of Wound Care to lead wound care programs across Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kansas. This full-time, remote leadership role is based in Lexington with regular travel to sites in the region.

You will provide strategic and clinical oversight, drive quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities, partnering with site leadership and executives to grow the program.

Qualifications

• Proven wound care leadership at regional/multi-site level.
• Active clinical license valid in KY/WV/OH/KS or multi-state compact with licenses.
• Director/VP level experience in hospital/health care operations.
• Strong knowledge of wound care practices and evidence-based standards.
• Excellent strategic planning and financial acumen.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Vantage Health Partners is seeking a Regional Director of Wound Care to lead wound care programs across Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kansas. This is a full-time, remote leadership role based in Lexington, with regular travel to sites across the region. The position is positioned at the Director/Vice-President level within the hospital and health care industry. As Regional Director of Wound Care, you will provide strategic and clinical oversight for wound care services across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent, evidence-based standards of care, operational efficiency, and positive patient outcomes. You will partner with site leadership, clinical teams, and executive stakeholders to drive program growth, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance throughout the region. Requirements

• Proven wound care leadership experience at a regional, multi-site, or system level
• Demonstrated multi-site and regional management experience in healthcare settings
• Active clinical license (RN, NP, PT, or equivalent) valid in Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kansas, or a multistate compact license plus required state licenses
• Director or Vice-President level experience in hospital or health care operations
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based wound care practices and standards of care
• Excellent strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational leadership skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the four-state region
• Preferred: Wound care certification such as CWS, CWCN, WCC, or similar
