Job summary

WoundGen is seeking a Clinical Regional Director to lead clinical operations across the region, ensuring top-tier wound care and regenerative treatment. You will align regional teams with central leadership, drive quality, compliance, and provider development, and expand access to innovative therapies.

In this role, you will oversee staffing, training, and performance metrics, partner with executives to shape clinical strategy, and travel as needed to multiple facilities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Current, active clinical license (Nurse Practitioner).
• Master’s degree or greater in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in wound care or related specialty.
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support regional clinical teams, including Providers and Wound Technicians.
• Implement and monitor clinical protocols related to wound care and regenerative treatments.
• Oversee the quality of care delivered and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct chart reviews, audits, and outcome assessments for clinical excellence.
