Job summary

Equitable seeks an experienced Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) for Mutual Funds to build and manage advisor relationships across the Western US. This remote role offers up to 75% travel and requires active FINRA licenses.

You’ll educate advisors, grow the producer base, and manage territory with Salesforce, aligning with National Sales goals. The position includes base salary of $85,000 with variable compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63 registrations active upon hire.
• FINRA Series 7 active upon hire or within 180 days.
• Success in direct sales or wholesaler roles.
• Knowledge of mutual funds and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train advisors on Equitable Investment Management products.
• Assess advisor needs and promote new products.
• Develop and retain producers to grow market share.
• Manage territory and maintain pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with Internal Wholesaler and National Sales Manager.
• Monitor budget and report expenses in a timely manner.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
