Job summary

Equitable is seeking a Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) for Mutual Funds to develop and manage consultative relationships with National, Regional, and Insurance Broker Dealer advisors in the Western territory (CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, MT, HI & AK). Remote work with up to 75% travel.

Base salary $85,000 plus variable compensation. Responsibilities include educating advisors on 1290 Funds, promoting products, growing market share, and maintaining CRM-driven activity and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations active upon hire.
• FINRA Series 7 active upon hire or within 180 days of start date.
• Successful track record in direct sales or wholesaler roles.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investment products.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train advisors on Equitable Investment Management models and funds.
• Assess advisor needs to promote new products.
• Develop new producers and retain existing to grow market share.
• Manage territory and relationships with advisors and broker-dealers.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to log activity and manage pipeline.
