Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Regional Manager, Volunteer Development Team to lead our Operation Christmas Child volunteer network. The role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and aligning area teams with national vision to drive year-round engagement and shoebox donations.

You'll collaborate with churches and sponsors, oversee logistics networks for drop-off sites during peak times, and cast strategic plans across regions while modeling biblical integrity and compassion in service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead volunteer teams toward goals from a Biblical perspective.
• Experience building volunteer networks with churches and community partners.
• Highly organized, self-motivated with initiative and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and equip mature volunteer leaders and foster collaboration.
• Provide strategic leadership to the year-round volunteer network.
• Oversee logistics network with drop-off sites and donor experience.
• Lead regional ministry growth and local vision casting.
• Manage Operations Center during shoebox processing season.
