Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or clinical field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years as an organ procurement or thoracic transplant role.
• Experience building TXC/OPO relationships and training physicians.
• Travel up to 60% and strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TXC/OPO partners to educate on LBE services and EVLP devices.
• Train medical professionals on service models and devices.
• Maintain timely post-EVLP communications and debrief improvements.
• Develop workflows and content for communication tools with partners.
• Represent company at transplant conferences and manage CRM data.
• Support contract execution and identify workflow improvements.
