Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation has an opportunity for a Clinical Services Representative to establish and maintain relationships with transplant centers and organ procurement organizations, and to train medical professionals on ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) devices. This remote US role requires up to 60% travel, deep knowledge of lung transplant processes, and a track record training clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or clinical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as an organ procurement coordinator or thoracic transplant liaison.
• Experience training physicians in transplant space and building TXC/OPO relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TXCs and OPOs to provide clinical education on EVLP devices and service models.
• Train and onboard medical professionals on LBE’s EVLP devices.
• Maintain timely post‑EVLP communications with TXC/OPO to debrief and identify improvements.
• Visit TXC/OPO partners regularly to sustain relationships and identify workflow improvements.
• Develop solutions for TXC/OPO needs, including workflows and communication tools.
• Develop expertise on the US lung transplant landscape to inform LBE leadership.
• Serve as liaison between TXCs and EVLP specialists to address clinical questions.
• Maintain CRM records on clients and lifecycle management.
• Represent the organization at transplant conferences and report insights internally.
• Support contract execution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in referrals and case debriefs to streamline workflows.
