Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting has partnered with a leading tire manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Manager. The role is 100% remote for candidates in the Southeast region of the US and requires a strong hunter mentality with a proven track record in new business development.

You will identify growth opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts with dealers. Travel of 50%+ is expected to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry.
• 6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities.
• Existing book of business and client relationships with tire buyers.
• Hunter mentality in lead generation and pipeline building.
• Proven track record with dealer networks and factory container programs.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ for in-person meetings.
