Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to expand our off-highway and commercial tire business across North America. You’ll start with hands-on training in Hudson, Ohio, then take ownership of your territory with relocation support for placement. We seek candidates with 2–3 years of B2B sales and a hunter attitude who are road-ready and coachable.

No tire experience is required; we invest in the right people and offer a competitive base salary with commissions and benefits.

• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Hunter mentality: competitive, self-starting, energized by new business.
• Road-ready: comfortable traveling ~3 weeks per month and open to relocation.
• Mechanically curious: comfortable on farms, job sites, quarries, or truck shops.
• Coachable and driven: takes feedback, improves fast, manages own week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow off-highway and commercial tire business.
• Travel ~3 weeks per month to support distributors and customers.
• Own your territory: identify opportunities, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with customers, train distributors, and represent the brand.
• Coordinate with product and support teams to win in the field.

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. We’re a fast-growing global brand investing heavily in North America, and our field sales team is where that growth happens.

This is outside B2B sales for someone ready to move fast and build a career. You’ll start with two months of paid, hands-on training out of Hudson, Ohio — ramping alongside our best Regional Sales Managers to learn about the product and the industry. Successfully complete the program and you’ll take ownership of your own territory, with relocation support for your placement.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2-3 years of B2B sales, with a real track record of carrying — and hitting — a number
• A hunter: competitive, self-starting, energized by chasing new business
• Road-ready: comfortable traveling roughly three weeks a month and open to relocating for the right territory
• Mechanically curious: at home walking on a farm, job site, quarry, or truck shop
• Coachable and driven:takes feedback, improves fast, and runs your own week without being told
