Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a Regional Service Manager to act as the field liaison between Gibraltar, retail partners, and consumers in the Chicago region. The role focuses on merchandising execution, store audits, retailer training, and driving sales support.

The candidate will manage regional plans, build store relationships, monitor trends, and travel up to 70% to support Home Depot and other partners. Located in Chicago, IL with a company car provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years related sales experience; prefer experience with Home Depot.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong time management and organization skills required.
• Proven ability to analyze markets and competitive trends.
• Must have the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional business plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and operational improvements.
• Perform market research and gather customer feedback to improve product.
• Maintain records of store visits and merchandising audits.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising standards.
• Audit product placement, signage, pricing, and planogram compliance.
• Support retailer relationships and train retail teams on standards.
• Assist retail teams in understanding product features and benefits.
