Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast, with remote work flexibility. This role drives revenue, leads Territory Managers, and develops sales strategies to meet regional quotas while collaborating with clinical and inside sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of outside sales, leadership experience, and life sciences industry familiarity. Travel >50% and lifting up to 70 pounds are expected aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in life sciences or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Leadership or management experience is required.
• Experience in life sciences industry preferred, ultrasound experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional revenue quotas.
• Direct management of Territory Managers including performance coaching and collaboration with field teams.
• Own direct sales for designated customer groups within the region.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and drive 3x opportunity creation across the region.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Coordinate with Clinical Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Ops for aligned regional support.
• Develop and execute Quarterly Business Plans and present quarterly reviews.
• Communicate with Director of Sales, NA on product and staffing matters.
• Build luminary physician relationships in the region.
