World Centric is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across TX, LA, AR, OK foodservice markets. The role focuses on building relationships with large operators, chains, and distributors while advancing our mission.

Based in Texas and willing to travel within the region, you will lead strategic market planning, forecast demand, manage broker partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure sustainable growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in regional sales.
• Experience in foodservice with large operators, chains, and distributors.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a consultative, educational approach with customers.
• Perform fact-based presentations without embellishment.
• Establish rapport and influence with external and internal stakeholders.
• Develop targeted market strategy and account opportunities for the region.
• Drive new product placements and secure new accounts with operators, chains and distributors.
• Provide outstanding service including education, training, order fulfillment and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, Forecasting, Marketing, Finance, Product Development).
• Train and enable distribution reps to succeed and maintain brand integrity.
• Forecast demand and manage opportunities in Netsuite; update records and track progress.
