Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in food sales, protein sector.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong knowledge of ethnic markets and regional accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer service oriented with solution mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
• Identify and target key accounts within the food and protein industry, especially ethnic markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers while managing and overseeing the sales process.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is informed.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure accurate brand representation in your region.
• Address potential problems and propose prompt solutions.
• Participate in expansion or acquisition decisions.
