KiddeFenwal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest or Northeast regions. This remote role requires building and executing territory sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across the United States with some international support.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential. You will lead the full sales cycle, develop channel partnerships, and deliver strategic proposals while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/engineering-related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fire protection or related industries.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding quotas and managing territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, end users, and partners.
• Prepare pricing and proposals, and lead strategic bids as needed.
• Forecast and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Travel as required to cover Midwest or Northeast regions (50–65%).
