Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks a Remote Regional Sales Manager to lead our Dallas region with 50-75% travel. You will oversee growth in wellness/medical device markets and coach Territory Sales Managers across markets.

Responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives, developing KPIs, managing key accounts, and collaborating with the VP of Sales to drive results while staying abreast of market trends and opportunities. This is a permanent role with opportunities to shape regional strategy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of regional sales experience in wellness or medical devices.
• 3 years of effective, proven leadership with the ability to influence.
• Oversee and drive growth in the sales region defined.
• Execute strategic initiatives, develop KPI's, results driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor Territory Sales Managers in other markets.
• Manage key accounts to ensure performance and outcomes.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Work directly with the VP of Sales to problem solve and share successes.
• Stay up to date on all trends and product, business opportunities.
• Support the growth and expansion of talent as needed in the Dallas market.
• Participate in Sales meetings, strong presentation skills.
