Job summary

BD Diesel Performance is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region, covering ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD and RI. You will visit current and potential customers to promote and sell our growing catalog while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires travel to customer locations about three of four weeks each month and reports to the Sales Manager. Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, PTO, 401(k) with 4% match,

THE ROAD TO BETTER STARTS WITH YOUBD Diesel is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager for our Northeast region. This region includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Rhode Island. This role is responsible for visiting current and potential customers in these regions to promote and sell BD Diesel's growing catalog of products. This role helps our customers, and their vehicles reach their full potential by providing quality products with excellent customer service.

This position reports to the Sales Manager and is expected to travel to customer locations three out of four weeks per month.

Requirements

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Sales Process Optimization: Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sales Training and Development: Continuous product knowledge learning and training to learn the product.
• Annual trips to headquarters for product training.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Product Introduction: Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings.
• Customer Feedback: Provide feedback (positive and negative) from customers to sales team and engineering team.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
