Job summary

Process Insights, Inc. (PI) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive bookings and revenue across industrial process markets in the Eastern US and Canada.

This strategic role requires collaboration with global sales teams, marketing, and R&D to position our process analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in regional or technical sales management, strong communication, and the ability to travel 50%+ with a self-driven, analytical approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in engineering or sciences is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional or technical sales management within analytical instrumentation or related industrial markets.
• Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets and developing new applications.
• Hands-on experience expanding into new markets and managing channel sales.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office; ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for bookings, revenue, and profitability in industrial process markets via direct sales.
• Execute strategic sales of industrial process analyzer product lines with focus on base business and large projects.
• Expand and manage key accounts, channel partners, integrators and OEMs.
• Develop regional sales plans with the Americas IMS Sales and BDM Manager and other regional managers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and R&D to position products and applications in the territory.
• Deliver the voice of the customer to the teams to guide product development.
