Job summary

Ameritas Life Insurance Corp is seeking a Regional Manager for Group sales to lead profitable and persistent sales results of group dental and eye care insurance and ASO contracts across the assigned area. In this role, you will support the profitable growth of in force lives by a minimum of 15% per year through personal efforts and leadership of others in the assigned area.

This is a remote position within MD, PA, DE, or DC and does not require regular in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of proven sales and industry experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales planning to achieve territory goals.
• Develop persistency and profitability plans with teams.
• Mentor staff to drive growth and customer loyalty.
