Job summary

Akumin is a leading provider of outpatient radiology and oncology services, seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support New Hampshire and Vermont sites. This role offers 90% remote work with 10% local onsite travel, ideal for candidates who reside in New Hampshire.

You will oversee day-to-day site execution, coordinating scheduling, staffing, payroll, and reporting while partnering with regional leadership to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, staffing logistics, and administrative workflows.
• Experience with payroll, reporting, and regulatory coordination.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, and ACR standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage site schedules with real-time adjustments.
• Coordinate PTO, coverage logistics, and staffing across multiple sites.
• Handle payroll tracking, invoices, and reporting.
• Support customer meetings and coordinate internal-external communications.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of patient coordinators.
• Maintain postings, documentation, and compliance readiness.
