Job summary

SSC Services for Education, a member of Compass Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Custodial Services in Moore, OK. You will represent SSC to a large K-12 client, oversee custodial operations, and lead a team through hiring, training, and mentorship to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include guiding department goals, analyzing financial data, fostering customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of performance across the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant management experience.
• Outstanding communication across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Understanding of business principles including financial management and operational optimization.
• Strong customer service and quality orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represents SSC with a large K-12 education client and ensures client satisfaction.
• Manage personnel functions: hiring, training, development, succession planning, mentoring.
• Coordinate departmental goals, implement objectives, and analyze department financials.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive account retention.
• Coach, lead, and mentor managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
