You will represent SSC to a large K‑12 education client, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction, while managing personnel, hiring, training, development, succession planning, and mentorship of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging customers at all organizational levels.
• Detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Strong grasp of general business principles and practices, including financial management, planning, and operational optimization.
• High customer service and quality orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities
