Job summary

FreshPoint is seeking a Regional New Business Developer in Morrisville, NC. This hybrid role requires 50% travel and periodic onsite presence at FreshPoint locations, with flexibility as business needs change.

You will report to the Director of New Business Development and focus on expanding market share and securing new contracts. Responsibilities include developing a local street, contract, and retail sales strategy, leveraging data, working with senior teams, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of foodservice sales experience.
• Proven ability to open new business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel and CRM tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive business development strategy across local street, local contract, and retail segments.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and build effective sales plans.
• Coordinate sales teams to pursue new business and drive opportunities from concept to execution.
• Maintain CRM records and report results of initiatives.
• Attend industry events and present trends to senior management.
