Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years mortgage sales experience as an Account Executive is required.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Strong presentation, market research, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with mortgage products and guidelines; ability to quickly grasp Towne’s offerings.
• Outgoing, communicative, and relationship-building personality.

Responsibilities

• Use Towne's CRM to engage with TPO clients and develop new business.
• Onboard and train new client LOs and processors.
• Maintain regular client communication to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Address complaints promptly to uphold Towne’s reputation.
• Gather contact information for prospective LOs, processors, and broker-owners.
• Conduct daily outreach via cold calls, emails, texts, and social media.
• Leverage analytics for client insights and improve brand visibility.
• Report prospecting progress to Senior Leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth.
